Contacting Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Data Processing in the Online Shop

When purchasing in our online shop, the following data are processed:

Title, salutation, first name, last name

Delivery and billing address

Email address, phone number

IP address (technical necessity)

These data are necessary for contract performance or pre-contractual measures. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

Disclosure of data:

To payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal) for charging the purchase price,

To ThriveCart (checkout provider) for order processing,

To shipping/transport companies (for delivery),

To our tax consultant (for fulfilling tax obligations).

Storage periods:

If you cancel the checkout process: immediate deletion.

If a contract is concluded: all data from the contractual relationship are stored until expiry of statutory retention periods (7 years under tax law).

Data concerning name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date are retained beyond that until the end of product liability (10 years).

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation).


Data We Collect

Facebook (Meta) Pixel

Our website uses the Facebook Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). This tool enables us to track the behavior of visitors after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook or Instagram ad. This helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our ads for statistical and market research purposes and optimize future advertising measures.

The data collected in this way is anonymous to us and does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is processed and stored by Meta, which may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy. This may also involve the transfer of data to Meta servers in the USA.

The use of Facebook Pixel is based on your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie settings or by opting out directly via the Facebook Ad Settings or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.

Checkout process, payment information, billing address, purchase details. ThriveCart securely handles the order process, collects the required information for contract performance, and passes on payment data to the chosen payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).

Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA):
Email address, name, and optional information for sending newsletters.
Note: Data transfer to the USA may occur. Mailchimp participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and ensures GDPR-compliant data protection.

Payment information, billing address, purchase details. Stripe processes your payment data solely to complete transactions securely.

Cookies & Tracking: Session and persistent cookies to analyze user behavior, track funnel performance, and support marketing activities.

Forms and Emails

If you send us inquiries via forms or emails, the details you provide in the form or email, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent.

TLS Encryption with HTTPS

Our website uses HTTPS. This ensures the secure exchange of personal data on our website. You can recognize this by the green lock in your browser's address bar and by the "https://" prefix in the domain name.

Analytics Tool

With your consent, we use the open-source software Matomo to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of our website. We use cookies for this purpose. The information collected by these cookies about the use of the website is exclusively transferred to our own servers and compiled in anonymized usage profiles. These data are used for the evaluation and optimization of our website usage. The captured data will not be passed on to third parties.

IP addresses are anonymized (IP masking), making it impossible to assign them to individual users.
